Motorola launch Recycled 'Renew' Handset.
Motorola have produced the first CarbonFund.org certified carbon neutral mobile handset, the W233 Renew, which features an external casing made from post-consumer PET plastics, 9 hours talk time to save on the energy used by charging and is 100% recyclable.
By investing in renewable energy sources and reforestation Motorola have offset the carbon dioxide generated by the manufacture and distribution of the phone. Motorola have used 100% recycled paper for the box and materials which have been cut down 22% in size, it even includes a pre-paid recycling envelope for you to send your old phone for recycling!

It looks like Motorola are really championing the green cause and I for one applaud them.
